Ramai yg tak tau dengan menggunakan Touch N Go sebanyak 80 kali sebulan, sebanyak 20% rebat akan diberikan. Tapi syaratnye, kene buat tuntutan dikaunter2 yg ditentukan oleh pihak lebuhraya (kan senang klo auto debit je kedalam kad..huhu).
Tapi baca betul2 conditionnye...sekurang2nye 80 kali penggunaan sebulan. kalau kurang mmg tak kan dapat.

1. What is this 20% toll rebate program for frequent tolled highway
users? The 20% toll rebate program is designed to alleviate the financial burden of frequent tolled highway users in West Malaysia who perform at least 80 toll transactions in a month. The program is introduced to promote usage of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) at all highways. 2. When does this program start? The program starts on September 1st 2009. 3. Who qualifies for the program? The program is open to all private owned Class 1 vehicles using Touch `n Go and SmartTAG for toll payment. Other classes of vehicles and users of Biz Xs, Fleet Xs and PLUSTrack card are not entitled. 4. How many transactions are needed to get the rebate and how is it calculated? Just use your Touch `n Go/SmartTAG card for a minimum of 80 transactions on tolled highways within one calendar month. The rebate calculation is processed by Touch ‘n Go Sdn. Bhd. on every 10th to 14th of the next month. Examples for rebate calculation:
5. When can I get my toll rebate value? You may redeem your 20% toll rebate from 1st to 9th and 15th to the end of the month. The rebate redemption is not allowed from 10th to 14th of the month. During this offline period, TNGSB will be processing all toll transaction data and performing the rebate calculation for the previous month. 6. How is the rebate given to me? Where can I claim for the rebate? Just bring your Touch `n Go card to any sales and service counters at selected highways, Touch `n Go SPOTs or Touch ‘n Go Hubs to check your rebate entitlement and redeem the available rebates. Alternatively, register your card online and check your rebate entitlement at your convenience before visiting the counter. Just click on the "REGISTER NOW" button at the top of the page. Rebates are given by crediting the amount into the Touch ‘n Go card used to qualify for the minimum 80 transactions. 7. I have more than one Touch ‘n Go card. Can I request for the rebate to be credited into another card? No. It can only be credited into the card that is entitled for the rebate. 8. I have viewed my toll transaction online and entitled for the rebate. But I am unable to claim as the service counter did not have the same transaction record as the portal. Why does this happen? You may receive a different number of transaction amounts compared to the online portal during the claiming process. This would happen at the said location as the points of redemption are operating on offline mode. You may contact TNGSB’s Careline at 03-27148888 to verify your exact amount of transactions, should the inconsistency occurs. Currently, the data from points of usage to TNGSB’s back office will be uploaded within 48 hours from the time of transactions. TNGSB will then perform the rebate calculation within the five days processing period. Therefore, transactions that are made near or within the processing period may not be updated at the points of redemption, although it may appear on the online portal. 9. Where are these sales outlets on selective tolled highways and Touch `n Go sales counters located? You may find the list of rebate centres on the GFTP portal, https://privilege.touchngo.com.my and select the "Rebate Centre" tab from the top menu. 10. What is the service charge for redeeming the rebate value? There is no service charge for redeeming the rebate value. 11. Can I get a rebate on my Touch `n Go card usage apart from using it on tolled highways? No, you can’t. The rebate is specifically for toll usage only. 12. How can I check my Touch `n Go usage? For the convenience of viewing your Touch `n Go transactions, you may register your Touch ‘n Go card at our website www.touchngo.com.my. You may view and print the e-statement service at your own convenient time and location. 13. If I use less than 80 times on tolled highways this month, can I carry forward the transactions to next month? No, you can`t. The toll rebate value is calculated based on a minimum of 80 toll transactions in one month only. (example: September 1st to September 30th) 14. If I make more than 80 transactions on tolled highways this month, can I carry forward my excess transactions to the next month? No. The excess transaction shall not be carried forward for redemption. 15. If I make more than 80 toll transactions per month for a few months consecutively, can I redeem my cumulative rebate value in one go in a future month? Yes, you can claim your cumulative rebate value in a future month as long as you meet the minimum criterion of 80 toll transactions every month. However the rebate for each particular month will expire in a six month period. 16. Can I claim my rebate value in cash? No, the rebate value is given as reload value for your Touch `n Go card only. 17. Is there any maximum limit for the rebate credited into my Touch ‘n Go card?Yes. If the total value of your Touch ‘n Go card balance and your available rebates is RM1,500 or more, the rebate redemption is not allowed at that point of time. You are required to utilize your Touch ‘n Go card balance further upon usage before redeeming your available rebates. 18. Why am I not allowed to redeem my available rebates if the total value of my Touch ‘n Go card balance and my available rebates is RM1,500 or more? In compliance to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) e-Money Guidelines, the maximum limit for Touch ‘n Go card balance is RM1,500. 19. Can I get this rebate program together with other rebate programs or discount schemes? (Examples: PlusMILES Program or Frequent LDP User Program) Yes, you can enjoy this rebate program together with other existing rebate program or discount schemes. 20. I have lost my Touch `n Go card and lodged a report with Touch `n Go Customer Service Hotline. Can I redeem the rebate value on my lost card? No. Customers will not be eligible to redeem any available rebates for their lost (or stolen) cards. 21. When is this toll rebate program ending? It will go on until a certain time in the future, to be informed later. 22. For how long is the rebate value valid? It is valid for 6 months. E.g. : Your rebate for 1-31 January, will expire after 31 July 23. I have passed a tolled highway and been fined the highest penalty. Would the transaction and toll value be calculated for toll rebate? Yes, but only the number of transaction will be calculated for rebate, NOT the amount transacted. 24.
